Where HDogz Works:

HDogz offers in-person dog behaviour consultations and training in Dublin, Ireland and Berlin, Germany.

Online behaviour consultations are available to clients anywhere in the world via video call — covering reactivity, separation anxiety, aggression, fear, and general training, using force- free, evidence-based methods including Canine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT).

Request a Consultation

Getting started is straightforward. Its best to follow these steps, but if you already know what you want just pay for a service & you’ll be contacted vie email:

Step 1 — Get in Touch or Book a Free Consultation

Book a Free Consultation, or fill in the contact form, send an email or WhatsApp message with a brief introduction — what's going on, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is free.

Step 2 — Confirm & Sign

If you'd like to go ahead you will then be sent a client agreement where you will confirm in writing that you've read and agree to the terms, client responsibilities, and programme structure, and required legal forms. These will be sent via email & then you can make a purchase here on the website or make payment directly.

Step 3 — Send Payment

Payment is made in full before the first session begins unless we have an agreed payment plan. Full refunds are available if you cancel before your first CCBT session starts, or 48 hours before private 1-1s. No refunds are issued once the CCBT programme has begun. Within 48 hours of private 1-1s, sessions can only be rescheduled.

Step 4 — Schedule Your First Session

Sessions are available throughout the week and various time except for Sunday. If you cant find an available time slot just let me know and ill see if I can make more time available. We will discuss schedule compatibility in your free consultation anyway.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All virtual sessions are recorded for the protection of both parties. You will have access to all recordings.

  • You are required to send video updates of exercises throughout the programme — these can be short (15–90 seconds), informal, and low quality. What matters is the information, not the production. But these are needed regularly in order for us to progress.

  • All clients must hold public liability insurance for their dog.
